Description

Power, sound, & style. This Takeda axle-back by aFe POWER delivers dyno-proven performance. Constructed from mandrel bent 304 stainless-steel, it features black metallic heat resistant coating on its muffler and offers sound adjustability, thanks to its factory style active exhaust valve. This system is finished off with aFe POWER branded 4-1/2" carbon fiber exhaust tips for a stylish look.

Performance Gains:
In-house dyno testing produced gains of up to +7 HP and +10 lbs. x ft. Torque.

304 Stainless Steel Construction:
This exhaust system is constructed of 3"- dual 2-1/2" mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow and corrosion resistance.

Dual 4-1/2" Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tips:
Dual 4-1/2" diameter carbon fiber clamp-on exhaust tips finish off the system, making for adjustability and a perfect fit. The tips are fitted with an aFe POWER Motorsport logo for a custom, stylish finish.

Active Exhaust Valve:
The system features a factory style active exhaust valve, which uses the factory exhaust valve motor (not included). The valve helps regulate, direct, and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on throttle position and factory performance mode for control of sound and performance.

Flow and Performance:
The high flow stainless steel muffler has a 14" body length overall with a 6" diameter, and a high temperature metallic black powder coating that helps prevent corrosion. An optional muffler delete pipe [P/N 49M00035] is available for a more aggressive exhaust tone.

Installation:
Installation requires cutting the factory exhaust system in front of the rear axle. Factory hangers are used, and all hardware is included for a hassle-free installation.

MIG Welded:
100% MIG welded for race proven strength and durability.
