Due to a high volume of orders, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped (If you need a part shipped ASAP please contact us). Any exterior aero parts(lips,spoiler, side skirts etc) will take up to 72 hours to ship A signature is required at the time of delivery so please make sure someone is available to sign for your parts. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email associated with your order. If your item is damaged at the time of delivery please contact us within 48 hours so we can find a resolution. Please Note: If you are from the North West Territories Or Saskatchewan there will be additional shipping charges.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify us(Jspec Performance) within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our Guarantees and a refund.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

Keep the product with its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Jspec Performance will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Jspec Performance.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.
All orders ship via Canpar or UPS Ground. Delivery times vary based on location. You can always track the status of your delivery online. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the times of delivery. If you require special service please contact us prior to ordering.
Oversized dimension items such as hoods, trunks, doors, fenders, lip kits, side skirts, body kits and racing seats will have a shipping surcharge. If you are unsure if the item is oversized please contact us and we can assist you.
All non stocking special order items are non refundable. If the item is defective the item will be replaced by the manufacturer. If you require assistance processing a warranty please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days on store stocked items. Wheels must be sealed, unmounted and in original packaging worthy of reselling. A 20% restocking fee applies to all items. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We can only refund to the original method of payment with NO EXCEPTIONS. If you were given a gift, a store credit will be applied if the item is eligible for return. There are no refunds on special order items. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item or alternatively you can drop it off at the store. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non Refundable stocking items
1. Electronics (ie: gauges, boost controller, light bulbs, hid kits, flash tuners, stand alone engine management systems, headlights/tail lights, 4th Brake Lights(Rear Fog) )
2. Mounted wheel and tire packages.
3. Wheel Spacers
We cannot cancel an order IF the order has shipped. If the item has not been shipped we can cancel the order and process a refund. Special order items that have NOT been shipped also qualify for a refund.

If we sent you the wrong part we will get you the one you ordered. Included in your package will be a return label for the wrong part. You will not be charged for freight for either product.
Broken or Defective Parts:
All defective items will have to go through the manufacturer's warranty process. You must contact the manufacturer of the product to get it replaced or repaired. All warranties are honored through the manufacturer and not through Jspec Performance. If you need assistance please contact us.
