Why Schwan Neck?
Mounting a wing is always a challenge because mounts disturb airflow. The underside of the wing makes downforce. Moving the mounts to the top frees up area under the wing to make more downforce. What does this mean? Simple you can run less AOA (drag) and have the same downforce. It's a win win.

Technical details.
Warning Swan neck mounting.
First off, eventually all Aluminum will crack/fail. The time till it cracks is all dependent on how much harmonics is allowed to enter the aluminum. Swan necks are especially are susceptible to high amounts of lateral (side to side) harmonics. To ensure the wing will outlast your car do mount swan necks rigidly, braces or cables are recommended to prevent lateral movement.
All wangs are built to order in the USA.
Please allow 5-6 weeks for pre orders, 2.5-3 weeks for production wings. Uprights not built by NLR will ship from the manufacturer. If they are not in the box don't worry, they will arrive soon. Wings are shipped raw. material coating is up to you. Paint, Powder coat, or vinyl wrap is recommended for wings exposed to the elements for extended periods of time.
